Welcome! I’m Wenrong (Casper) Cui, a Ph.D. candidate in Communication Studies at the University of Kansas. I am advised by Dr. Cameron Piercy in the Human-Machine Lab.

I am an organizational communication scholar whose research addresses the future of work at the intersection of emerging technology, leadership, employee voice, and organizational change. I examine how these dynamics reshape managerial practices, employee experiences, and organizational relationships.

I primarily use quantitative methods and have extensive experience with statistical analysis in SPSS and R. My methodological expertise includes longitudinal and cross-sectional surveys, experiments, content analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM), mediation and moderation analysis, and computational methods.
