About Me.

Welcome! I’m Wenrong/Casper Cui, a Ph.D. candidate in Communication Studies at the University of Kansas. I am advised by Dr. Cameron Piercy in the Human-Machine Lab.

My research focuses on organizational behavior and communication, human-machine communication, and future of work.

I primarily use quantitative methods and have extensive experience with statistical analysis in SPSS and R. My methodological expertise includes longitudinal and cross-sectional surveys, experiments, content analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM), mediation and moderation analysis, and computational methods. Drawing on my prior training in journalism, I also have strong experience with qualitative methods.
